Our mission is to build a community that celebrates, educates, and empowers Black women by amplifying our stories, honoring our achievements, and creating spaces where our brilliance can thrive.
We envision a world where Black women are fully seen, deeply valued, and consistently supported—where our contributions shape culture, our voices influence change, and our presence is recognized as essential. We envision a community that not only uplifts Black women today, but also strengthens the generations that follow.
OUR PURPOSE
"As the founder of Black Women In, I am deeply committed to honoring and celebrating the accomplishments of women who look like me. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside remarkable Black women whose influence is felt not through fame, but through the meaningful impact they make every day. Their leadership, resilience, and quiet brilliance strengthen the communities around them.
These women deserve to be seen. Their stories deserve to be heard. Their successes deserve to be celebrated. Black Women In was created to amplify their voices, recognize their contributions, and ensure their impact is never overlooked.
